First, please make sure that:
- The Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone
- The application is granted access to your geolocation
Booking is completely free-of-charge. Enter your departure address and destination address using the search bar displayed on screen. Once your destination has been specified, the application will suggest you a few Zoov bikes in your area.
Select the desired bike and click on the "BOOK" button at the bottom right of your screen. The bike will be booked for the equivalent time required to walk to the bike, plus 5 minutes (up to a total duration of 15 minutes).
After booking your bike, please follow the instructions displayed on the screen to get to the bike.
- If you have booked a bike located at one of our Zoov stations, you may take the first bike parked at the station, assuming it is working. If not, the application will prompt you to pull it out and use the following one.
- If you have booked a bike located outside our Zoov stations, this bike will be assigned to you for the time of your booking, as indicated at the bottom of your screen.
Please be aware! If you fail to connect with the bike on time, your booking will be cancelled.
Are you already standing in front of a Zoov? You can immediately use it by simply clicking on the "SCAN" button and scanning the QR code located under the cell-phone bracket on the handlebars, or by clicking on "BIKE NUMBER" and entering the bike identification number starting by 100XXX.
