Have you arrived at a station but the bike at the end of the line is not charged enough for your trip? Don't panic, you can access the following bike by following these instructions:
- Click on the button " ? "At the top of the app home page, then" Technical problem "
- Scan the bike's QR code or enter the number manually
- Select the problem
- Add photos (optional)
- Describe in a few words the problem
- Click on "Send"
Then follow the instructions in the application which will offer to unlock the bike to access the next one. You can then start your journey and return the unloaded bike to the charging station.
