You can report an incident directly from the app in order to access the following bike:
You have identified an incident before scanning the bike:
➡️ Click on the “❔” icon
➡️ Follow the app instructions
➡️ Your report is sent; you just have to press the left brake handle of the bike and pull it towards you; the bike will detach and you can now park it next to the station, in the maintenance area.
You have identified an incident after scanning the bike:
➡️ Click on the support icon at the top left
➡️ Follow the app instructions
➡️ Your report is sent; all you have to do is park it in the maintenance area and access the next bike.
All you have to do now is scan the second bike on the station and start your trip!
If the bike is still functional but does not meet your expectations, please return it to the station, taking care to connect it to the previous bike.
