You have arrived at your destination but are unable to end your journey in the app ? We invite you to first carry out the operations described in the dedicated article of our FAQ: I can't finish my trip. If this still does not work, and our customer service is not available, you have the option of requesting the end of your trip.
To do this, click on the "❔" icon at the top of your screen, then on "REQUEST THE END OF MY TRIP". Complete the request form by confirming the following:
- You cannot finish your trip, despite several attempts
- You parked the bicycle at an authorized location (for more information on the conditions for parking the bicycle, please consult the dedicated article in our FAQ: Park my Zoov outside a station)
- You have taken note of the emergency end-of-trip conditions listed in this article and accept them
Once the form is completed and the photo of the bike has been sent, we will get back to you as soon as possible, and proceed to regularize your trip.
Note: Your trip will only be billed after your request has been studied by customer service within 24 hours. Customer service reserves the right to apply a penalty if the conditions for the end of the emergency trip are not respected.
